Default Quick pizza tip

Weight watcher's taught us to make pizza using a slice of bread, a slice of cheese, a squirt of catsup, and garlic salt. My nephew stayed over one night and wanted pizza. I was out of bread! So he used a tortilla and it worked just as well. He added a couple pieces of salami and was delighted.

I could be wrong here....but catsup? I dont think pizza sauce is very fattening. In most cases it is fat free and not very calorie filled. Why would weight watches remove that, and and not the cheese. Adding salt also seems weird... I wonder what the reasoning behind it was.

I guess the salami made it not exactly weight watcher's material anymore....Does the catsup and the garlic salt make it taste like pizza sauce? Catsup sounds, well, gross. Guess I'd have to try it!

I loved a "atkins" pizza I read about a while back. You take a portobello, put pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese on top and stick it in the oven. I guess it may not be WW friendly, but it was definitely atkins friendly and TASTY

I love portobello mushrooms. That sounds really good. It's probably WW friendly if you leave off the pepperoni and don't use too much cheese.
