R U missing ecbs?
I bought the Almay lipstick, softsoap, tone body wash...bought on sun 4/1 and still no ECB
anyone else waiting on these?

I bought Almay and Speedstick on 4/2 and had neither mine nor my husbands show up 5 days later. I called CVS yesterday and he is having a $10 ecb generated for me and my husband since he said the system was down. The only way to get it will be to call them.

Doesn't this blow the theory that instant ECB can't be re-set right out of the water?

they are making exceptions for this week esp monday when the computers were down and it was the new system that was just rolled out. They are willing to create manual ecbs in such cases but i would not count on it for future purchases.

Hi I had the exact same thing happen from Monday and I called on Friday and he generated an ECB to cover all the items but it still hasn't shown up in my account online. What happened with yours did it just print at the register? Thanks for your help with this.

My coupon printed out $10 at the register ($1 for Speedstick and $9 for Almay) It didn't say what it was for but was just $10. The CS guy said it would not show up in my acct. online but at the register. He also said there was a problem for everyone who purchased on last Monday.

The same thing happened to me on the Revlon hair color. I purchased these on the 2nd, never got the ECB like everyone else. Phoned CS Wed and the rep said it would print today. Surprise! It did print! woohoo. I am all caught up and the two softsoaps purchased today, generated more ecbs. Yeah! Hopefully most of the kinks are worked out.

I bought the Oral B Pulsar PROHEALTH toothbrush along with a Softsoap, Speedstick and Almay on 4/4/07. My ECBs printed for everything except the one for the Oral B. I had read that some of the monthly deals wouldn't print immediately, but would show up on my account two days later. My computer has been down and I was unable to check over the weekend, so I checked today and there was nothing on my account. I called CS and was told I bought the wrong toothbrush that the one I bought was $5.99 and I should have bought the one that was $4.49. I KNOW I bought the correct one and as we all know, prices vary from store to store and region to region. So it shouldn't have mattered what I paid for it as long as I bought the correct toothbrush. I was told by the CS rep. that I need to take this issue up with the store since CS no longer posts ECBs on our accounts and if there's a problem to have the store call CS. What a pain!!! How am I supposed to prove I didn't get the ECB when I bought the tootbrush? I guess all I can do is return it and purchase it again, but it's not something in my ad so if it doesn't print the second time, then I guess the store will have to call CS anyway.

i finally called yesterday, they looked up my acct, of course everything was bought on sun night...but i'm getting credit for everything

If it counted for ecb's, it will show under the "This weeks offers/Balances" on your receipt. If it's not there, you certainly didn't get the ecb's.
If it is there and they just didn't print for some odd reason, try a return/rebuy.
