Hello! I started bleeding red blood a week and a half ago. I've been spotting brown blood ever since. I had another ultrasound today where they found a bleed in the left horn of my uterus. I have a T-shaped uterus and the baby is on the right side of the "T" in the top and the bleed is in the left horn of the "T". They said that as of 5 days ago it was a little bit of fluid, but today they found a bleed happening there. I go in a week from today to check the progress with hopes that it will have shrunk and/or reabsorbed by my body (or my body will expel it). They don't know what's causing it. Not much moving around allowed for me! The great news is the baby is measuring ahead at 7 weeks 3 days (I calculate I should be 7 weeks 1 day) and the heartbeat is at 140. Everything looked great and they said the bleed is nowhere near the baby so we can relax as we wait. My theory on the bleed is that it's a burst blood vessel as my uterus is expanding. I figure since it's an odd shape...it can't be out of the question. I've never had a pregnancy get this far so it was amazing to see the little gummy bear on the screen! We've now nicknamed him/her "Haribo" until we know the sex.

Anyway, just wanted to give everyone the update and perhaps it might help anyone else with spotting/bleeding to know that this is very common and doesn't always mean it's something wrong with the baby.
