We have some of this thanks for the info. Has anyone used this product for a rebate item. I think I used this for the $2 Listerine rebate a couple months ago. My bottle doesn't have the UPC and Lot information on the back anymore. Got the check and threw away the copies of my UPCs. The rebate definitely didn't cover the cost. Think there is a chance to get my money back?

I think the only ones who can answer this is the cs reps at Listerine. Good luck !
Just so everyone knows we got an email today (at CVS) about the recall and it says that refunds are to be given to customers that want to return them due to the recall or you can get a refund directly from the manufacturer. So if you take it back to CVS (partially used or not) they are supposed to give you a refund because the manufacturer is giving them credit for any that are returned. But as everyone knows not all stores follow the rules so I can't promise that your store will, but they should.
So, fill out the form, and get a check for WHAT amount, since we're not sending a CRT..
Whats the mfr price? $3? $4? or $5?

I think it's 3.99 for the small bottle and 4.99 for the big bottle....someone correct me if i'm wrong.....
the stores are getting word of the recall and it may be easier to return to the store than mailing in for a refund....
Hmmm... wish I had known about them taking it back at the store. I pulled the back label off mine yesterday and dropped it in the garbage. No way am I digging for the bottle -
