Anyone who is suffering from pre-menopause "hot flashes" shoud definitely use the estroven products. It takes about 2 weeks for it to work but I swear by the estroven products. My hot flushes were so bad at nighttime this product has eliminated them all. I know there is some cyclical nature to hot flushes during pre-menopause but I haven't had any in the last two months.
