Today in the CVS ad there was a rebate form for Clear Care contact lens cleaner. There is also a rebate form on the website. They have different offer numbers, but the same mailing address. Do you think you can use both forms and get two rebates?

Good question! And also, it says limit one per person, but not per household. However, I'm still afraid they'll refuse a second refund to our house even if I use my husband's name. Is anyone else doing multiples per household?

Today I called CibaVision customer service about doing all 3 offers, since I had already participated in offer #1128 from the 6/24 newspaper. The rep said that you can only do one of these 3 offers, even though the offer numbers are different. She said that they are all the same rebate, so if you send in more than one, the duplicates will be rejected. Whichever offer you choose to do, you CAN do one per person. So when I did the 6/24 one, I sent in one for me and one for my husband. Seperate receipts and mailings.
