It is time for me to pass the torch on to the next Christian blogger. I gave my resignation more than a week ago to my editors and will continue to release blogs until April 30th. Blogging for Families has truly been a WONDERFUL experience and encouraged me to grow in my faith. I was somewhat reluctant to leave but I have a number of things going on in my personal life that need tending to.

I have written a final blog stating much of this for the 30th and want to thank all of you who have taken time to read my thoughts. Many of you have agreed with me and many have not but I thank you the same for your open-mindedness.

I am still here on the forums and still plan on moderating as long as I'm needed. I hope to be supportive to the next blogger who is hired. I believe Valorie will be doing some Christian blogs. She's awesome so I'm very excited about that .

Hi All, Thought it was about time I introduced myself. I'm the new Chrstian blogger who has taken over from Melissa and Valorie who's been doing it in the interim. The reason for that was I had to delay my start date as at the time I was away as part of Alpha2Omega Literary and Dramatic Arts Convention in Brisbane, Australia. Yes, folks you no doubt guessed it by my screen name, I'm an Aussie. I live in a rural city of New South Wales, population around 38,000 people. I have a passion for God's Word and writing so this seemed an obvious solution to combine the two. I hope many of you will come join me on my Christian blog and leave a comment.
