I only did a cursory search on ent. web site, and was not able to find info for this coupon. I am willing to bet, that thousands of E. books will continue to go unused, and dozens (if not hundreds) of CA shoppers will go on never knowing that such $5 coupon ever existed.
Also: is this the first year they have Longs coupon, or have you seen these in previous years? as in do you know if this is annual thing.
I want to thank you in advance for sharing this bit of information with DAGG.
I read your post mentioning this once before, but was not around to inquire with you at that time.
We need to educate our members about Longs store coupons, as this would make all of their rebate items more affordable, and FAR deals even better...
So, thanks again
I have the Entertainment book for Sacramento (CA) area, and it has Longs' coupons. There are 4 (four) $5 off from $25 purchase coupons. Each coupon has three months window to use them. First coupon is good between Nov. and Jan. etc. The last one is good from August to October.
I purchase Entertainment Book every year and this is the first year they had coupons in the E-Book. I only used one so far because I don't go to Longs very often even though there are two of them in my area. I normally go to Target for household supplies because they have better discounts.
I use Longs when they offer gift card rebate. There were a couple of times they worked with P&G and gave me $10 restaurant card and $20 Discovery Store card. (Two separate times.) All I had to do was purchase $20 or more of their products which I use anyway. So, it was a really good deal. I wish they have it more often because I haven't seen that type of deals these days.
