RUN--- DO NOT WALK TO MEIJER ASAP!!!!! Meijer just started a new unadvertised promo that goes as follows:
Buy
1. One box of Cheese Nips (on sale for $1) or some brand of saltines (on unadvertised sale for $1.50)
2. One can of Campbells original chicken noodle soup (on sale for .39c)
3. One Nabisco tray or cookies/crackers (on unadvertised sale for $3.99)
Get $5 automatically taken off your order. This works out to be .39 + $1 + $3.99 = $5.38. Then you minus the automatic savings of $5 to equal .38c for the entire order!!!! To sweeten the deal Valupage has it's own promo for "Buy 2 Cheese Nips get $1 off your next order. So, you do the above but get 2 boxes of Cheese nips and it equals $1.38 plus a $1 catalina. To sweeten the deal FURTHER, if you still have any of the $1/3 Kraft tearpads, you end up making .62c an order when you use the coupon, the valupage promo, and the instant $5 savings.
I've already done this 5 separate times this afternoon (plan to do it MANY more times). Not only have I purchased:
(10) boxes of cheese nips
(5) cans of soup
(5) trays of nabisco cookies
I only spent $1.90 out of pocket and have $5 to spend on any future order!!! I don't know how long this promo is running, but I'm sure the sale prices on the items will only last until Saturday. So really, RUN!!!!!!!
