$5 off of Friendlys isnt THAT bad. Whats the OP of ice cream? $5? More than $5? If so, it'd be B3 and get a $5 catalina...

Whats the sale price of ice cream? $1.99?

$6 for 3 ice creams... get $5 catalina?

If you have to buy 4 ice creams, it's $8 with a $5 catalina... still $3 for a lot of ice cream

Wow, actually, you're right! $5 back isn't bad. There is a limit of 2 on the ice cream, so we'll have to work it out some other way.

There are 2 limits involved:

Limit 1, is one deal per transaction, meaning you can only get one $5 catalina coupons per transaction -this applies to all stores

The other is an item limit. One of the local stores has the Ice Cream for 2.22 with a limit of 4, meaning I can only buy 4 in one order. That's fine by me, but someone who thinks they need to SPEND $15 to get the $5 catalina is going to wonder what to do to get to $15. Where we used to live, it's $1.99 limit 4. Where my parents live it's $2.50 and NO limit. Even so, the $2.50 where my parents live may be the better deal because their regular price is higher.

For my store, 4 at 2.22 = 8.88-$5 catalina = 3.88 for 4 or .97 each
Their store 3 at 2.50 = 7.50 - $5 catalina = 2.50 for 3 or .84 each

anyone know the regular price of the sundae cups? They might be a decent deal too.

I did this deal 4 times already and I'd do it more if I had more freezer room...
2 Friendly's ice creams $2.50 ea (regular $5.69 ea)
2 Sundae cups $1.00 ea (regular $1.99 ea)
Total reg price is $15.36 which qualifies for the catalina
Total sale price is $7.00
OOP is only $2 when you keep it rolling.
