Alyssa is starting school August 14...just one day before she turns 3. (Where did the time go?!?!?!) Its a preschool to get her ready for the real thing. She'll go 4 half days a week. I just cannot believe it. It was just yesterday that she was learning to walk and now she's going to school?
Don't get me wrong. This is great news, and not a whine or vent
but I think every parent here who's sent a kid off to school for the first time, knows why I'm a little sad. But happy too. Its weird. But anyways...we go on Wed. to get most of the paperwork and things in order. She'll get her vision and hearning screening, I'll give them her shots records, fill out the last of the paperwork, and everything's set. Whew!
