Hello parents/teachers/kids/etc.-- my name is Brian and I'm working with the Mickelson Teachers Academy, an initiative for the promotion of math and science education. With next week being Teacher Appreciation Week, just wanted you to know there's a web site (see thread title) that allows kids to nominate their 3-5th grade teacher for the 2009 academy.

My thought is you might want to pass it along to teacher friends or your own kids so they know about it. I can answer more questions if you have any.
