my back used to pop in the same spot EVERYTIME i stood up! My midwife told me it was normal for how the baby was sitting....it was horrible tho at some points, so I know what you are going through

try laying flat for a little bit at a time (when you can!) and warm baths whenever possible...this summer, the pool will feel amazing, taking all that pressure of your poor spine/hips. At night get a warm heat compress and relax as much as possible...thats the only ways I got through it GL!!!

Sounds like sacroiliac dysfunction. Your ligaments have softened from the pg hormones and your joints aren't holding together well and its inflaming the ligaments. Try to see a physiotherapist who will be able to realign your pelvis and hips and give you a support belt to hold it all together. In the mean time try to keep your legs together. Getting into a car swing your legs in together, turning over in bed keep your knees together. No lunging movements if you can avoid them.

I have a very shonky pelvis from having 5 pregnancies and it out at the moment and hurts like hell so you have my full sympathies.
