Be careful that you don't get in trouble...They deserve to be made feel bad, I agree, but you know how they are about being told something...they're the first ones to tattle like a baby
I like Aldis just for this reason. You have to put a quarter in the cart to unchain in...then you don't get your quarter back until you're done shopping & take it over to where all the carts are stored & put the chain back in-releasing your quarter. The store does that so they don't have to pay someone to run around getting the carts all day...and I have to say, it works very well.
Isn't it funny how people don't even want to lose a quarter?
