Default short of breath

I feel like I get short of breath easily. With my Joshua I didn't experience this & was wondering if it was something that was normal during pregnancy.

It's hormonal -- a result of rising progesterone. This expands your lung capacity so that your system can carry higher amounts of oxygen to the baby; you breathe more often and it feels like shortness of breath. All kinds of interesting stuff pregnancy does to you lol...

I'm experiencing it too. Sometimes worse than others. It's annoying!

Hi! I'm new here and this is my first post for this website.
I've noticed the same shortness of breath myself. Except I've noticed that my shortness of breath is worse at night. It feels like I'm smothering even with my head propped up on a hundred pillows
I'm glad I'm not the lone ranger in the breathing thing.

I get short of breath ALL THE TIME! I'm 25 wks pg with twins so I'm certain that mine is normal. It's crazy but it will all be over eventually.
