Nope, I order them from this lady I know. They're SUPER cute and once she gets hair they can come off the band and be used in real hair, too! If you want I can PM you the link.

Oh, what a cutie all decked out in her red, white & blue. I have an outfit for Emma but I'm saving it for the picnic on Friday. I will post a picture then.

I too will take pics of the kids in their red white and blues and share after our party! I can't wait to see all the kids decked out in their patriotics out fits!

That is her 4th of July outfit.. She just wore it for the photo opt! hahah!

She has a 4th of July swimsuit, too

I actuallly know how to make them from women's tights...you just get flowers from a craft store and sew them on to whatever size u cut the tights at....pretty good idea if u want to save money
