Both girls have strep. We found out today and I haven't seen the doctor but I bet I have it too. How long does it take for the meds to make them feel better and how long till they're not `contagious? Katelyn has her birthday party on the 22nd, her birthday...and I really need all of us to be better by then!! We're going to Chuck E Cheese and gonna have a tinkerbell cake. She can't wait for her party so she HAS to be better lol
normally, the rule is you need to be on antibiotics for 24 hours to no longer be contagious. i think it normally clears up in a week, although you're on the antibiotics for 10-14 days. HTH
