Tiffany doesn't seem to feel well. She had a slight fever the other night. And 3 nights in a row she spit up or threw up just a little. Yesterday she had the nastiest diaper.....it was terrible. But only one. She seemed fine all day. A little clingy but that was it. Oh and she has tons of gas. Really nasty gas. (tmi, I know ) This morning she had another nasty diaper.
I wonder if it is something she ate and not a virus.
She had chicken. 2 times this week. (She's had chicken before, but....)She had eggs on Sunday morning and there were some green peppers in there. But would they still be causing this?
We were around a lot of kids on Sat. and Sun. so that could be where she'd have picked up a virus.
If it was something she ate I would love to know, so I would not make the same mistake again.

I wouldn't think an allergy to food would cause a fever. But, hope she feels better nonetheless.

I'd say bug... unless it was a severe allergy (and you'd know if it was that) I'd think a food problem would resolve in a day or so, once it got out of her system.

There's a really nasty bug making the rounds here with both gastro and head cold symptoms, and apparently it's pretty much everywhere. DH and Gabriel had it last week -- not pretty. Damian has been miserable this week with the same kind of symptoms you're describing, but with (TMI lol) MASSIVE amounts of pooping and gas... He's been spitting up more than usual, and was fussy and clingy all day yesterday. He actually threw up on DH this morning (definitely more than a spitup), had another superpoop and is currently having the "I'm-finally-feeling-better" sleep (practically comatose except when he wants to nurse lol). Only reason I haven't taken him to a dr is that he's not running any real fever and is still nursing really well. Keep an eye on her, make sure she stays hydrated, but I bet it resolves itself soon -- if not, take her in to see the dr. Keep us posted!

Thank you for your input! I appreciate it.
We both had the Flu/head cold thing in January so I was hoping that we had payed our dues for the year!!! I guess not.
She had 3 poops today, all of wich were super gross, super stinky, runny. She has tummy pain and cries. It is pityful. (spelled wrong? lol)
The crying is killing me cuz there is nothing I can do but hold her.
She is almost 15 months and was only nursing 3 or 4 times a day, but now that she doesn't feel so good, she goes and gets the boppy like 6 to 8 times a day. (I feel like we went back in time to newborn days) I don't mind, but I know she is not herself to do that.
Should I take her to the Dr? With tomorrow being Friday I am afraid if I wait she'll be worse by Sat...... but I hate taking her there. And what can her do for her???? He'll probably just tell me it is a virus and send me home. What do you think? Dr. or no Dr.?

If you have insurance and free time tomorrow I'd say why not take her.....if you don't then maybe I'd wait and see. I really don't know much about sickness but maybe they can help. I hope she feels better very soon!!
