So frustrated!
I've about had it with CVS, their computer system, and their employees. For the second time in a week at a different CVS store I had nothing but trouble at the check out. I had 2 $10.00 ECB's to use and both of them beeped and the cashier said the maximum they could give was $4.00 on each, which was unacceptable to me. She said she would see what the manager could do. The manager wouldn't even attempt to scan the coupons. I said I'll call CVS and how you need to enter it in the computer which totally made the manager mad and she walked off. The shift supervisor said, I'll call for you. (yeah, an employee who cares) After explaining everything the rep said he would have to call the help desk. So after 30 minutes and still no luck (the help desk was no help) they rang up a $20.00 gift card on another register and used that on my transaction. I e-mailed CVS last week about a similar problem and was told the DM would be calling me. Of course no call yet. I made sure to get the DM's name, the manager's name, and the helpful shift supervisor's name. I wonder if I will ever hear from him. Anyone else have the same issues?
