My friend came over last week with a new camera to show off. It takes videos too, and has night-vision. She joked that only night-vision seems to bring out the "ghosts." So she proceeded to go around my room, asking for the ghosts to "come out and play, so she could get photos of them."
Of course we got nothing. Darn. And I was hoping I could be proved wrong. I have never believed in ghosts, not even back in the day when all my friends were playing with the ouija board, and we'd experienced some weird things. I always shrugged it off as the power of suggestion. Those things are so fake. Anyways, I had completely forgotten about her doing this, until today! Could this be related?
So a few minutes ago I had something weird happen. I was sitting here on the computer and all of a sudden I hear my cat hissing and meowing all weird. Now bear in mind, I have NEVER heard this cat hiss in the entire 6 years we've had her. I look, and she's hissing and clawing at empty space in front of the laundry room. Ok odd, I thought, but she is a cat that tends to get spooked pretty easily. So I go over there to calm her down, and all of a sudden the laundry door slams shut...ON ITS OWN. Ok. Its a draft. (Even though we get no drafts in the house that would slam a door shut haha). As if that wasn't enough, right then the lightbulb in the laundry room burns out.
My cat BOLTED up the steps as soon as the laundry door slammed. Alyssa is asleep and didn't wake up. So I'm all alone now, with only you girls to talk to!
And no I didn't just watch a scary movie.
