Just a quick recap: I am 29 and my DH is 28. We have been married 4 years and have been TTC #1 for a year. We went to get checked out at the doctor's on Sept. 3rd. We received my blood work results and everything looks normal.

We were still waiting on my pap results and my DH's sperm analysis(SA).
So we receive my results first: Apparently I have "atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance or ASC-US. Seeing as though it was an after hours nurse that gave me the results, she told me not to worry about it and to just come in, in 4 months for another pap. (
What? I have different shaped cells, you don't know why, and you don't want me to worry?) I've tried doing a little research,

but have not found much info on whether or not this could have anything to do with infertility. I'm going to have to call my doctor's office this week to see if they want to do any other tests on me.
Anyway, for the significant bump in the road: DH received the results of his SA. Apparently, there was
no sperm in the sample.

Not just low, but none. That could definitely slow us down a bit. We are so glad we went to get checked out, but now what? From what research we did yesterday, the outcome could still be promising though. Our doctor has recommended he be seen by a urologist for further testing. The soonest appointment we could get is the 19th. Even then they told us it would only be a consultation. The waiting game continues...
So, I would absolutely love to hear some stories of any of you that have gone through this. Also, if anyone has some references for information, we would greatly appreciate that as well.
