Haha. this may be tmi, I am super sorry to begin with.
I'm so annoyed and embarrassed!
It's not normal for me to smell "down there". But since as I get farther along in pregnancy, here comes this odor. I wonder if anyone notices, that is the embarrassing part! There's no sign of infection, just the small amount of pregnancy related discharge. It's ok the first part of the day and then...I have considered just carrying around wipes and extra underwear. Stupid, but seriously!
Have you ladies experienced this?

I have that too, and what my midwife said was that I had a yeast infection. It's not terrible, but I will have to take something for it/use something before it gets worse, or there is a chance of passing it on to the baby- it happened with #2 and the poor girl had a yeast infection for the first 5 days of her life.

Definitely have your ob/gyn or nurse test for yeast. I think even just a smidgen of yeast can cause that lovely smell.

I totally have this same problem!!! It drives me NUTS! I've talked with my midwife about it (and she insisted it was normal... to her EVERYTHING is normal!) but when it got worse the farther along I got, I consulted a doctor. He ran some tests, and that turned out normal I guess, too. I hope for you that it's not "normal" and it's treatable because it really is annoying! And embarrassing... and I, too, am always wondering if anyone else notices! You should have your doc run some tests next time you go in!

Remember that your senses are really strong during pregnancy. My sense of smell was like a bloodhound. I swear I could smell myself. I took showers twice a day thinking I stunk. I asked my hubby and he reassured me that I was fine.

!You can say that again!! I feel dirty after a few hours and then I have to take another shower! Plus I'm sweating like crazy all the time.
