i have that 30 limit problem again, they claim they can't help me even though they cleared my account before (without telling me of course and this was after i called). I call to have them reset because they don't print. well i noticed that the acct seems to decide what ones will print out that didn't originally print like they were supposed to. meaning this:
let's say i have 3 ECB that was supposed to print but im dealing with that 30 limit thing. seems 1 ecb will print out leaving two in limbo but they have the same expiry dates as the one that printed as if they both printed. Then when i use an ECB i currently have, maybe a few days later another ECB that was supposed to have been printed will then print at the register.
as far as i'm concerned i believe the supervisors at cvs ECare can fix this problem but they won't do it. my guess is because of all the UL deals we've been getting.
I just changed to a whole new card because of this 30 coupon problem. They transferred over all my unused ECB, at least 30. The rep told me that 5 would print at a time. I printed one from home to get me started this evening and went to CVS and only 2 ECBs printed along with a CRT for free Tylenol Go-tabs, so I didn't even get 5 total coupons printed, but at least I didn't get the card doesn't match error.
I think I've got the 30 problem again too. But it doesn't bother me too much. I still have lots of EB to use, and now I know that if I need to, I can fix the problem like I did last time.
