Good Luck Julie! I am also trying to get motivated enough to lose weight. I have gained 15 lbs since I got a new job last November (went from moving all the time to sitting all the time, and it's catching up with me). I don't want to let my cravings get me all the time, but working from home makes it all that much more difficult! I have decided to start doing sit-ups along with my Wii Fit routine every morning, because I have posture problems too and need to strengthen my core. I am just looking for the "start" button! If nothing else, I will start when my oldest starts school (in 2 weeks) but I hope to find the motivation before then. I would like to lose 15-20 lbs and gain some muscle. Maybe I can find support here!

Default 2nd time around.

Hi Team, I tried this last year around this time and lasted 6 days. So I'm back for a 2nd round. Today is my 1st day, and the time is now 6:00 pm... in my state of PA. I'm doing pretty good so far but getting hungry. I'm on my last drink for the day and then will probably turn in for the night. So wish me luck as this is not going to be EZ.
