Staying fit.....?
There isnt much said and done about fitness in here, so let me start something which could make some interesting and informative reading with the help of your inputs.
A good health is a result of a fit body and that goes for every one at every age.
Do you like the way your body is ? Or would you like to change it for better shape or better health.
If you do want a change, it does nt happen without an effort. So what do u do to keep fit?
Hit the gym, go for walks, yoga, aerobics, dance, sports, or just the daily chores.
And if you dont do much, what keeps you away from your fitness goals?
Your daily routine, lack of time, health issues or something else..
