I agree. Every little helps. Although working out 4 times a week intensively is best for your health, little and often works too. You will not win any medals, but keeping active will mean keeping your heart a little healthier, and every little helps.
There is always time to do something, even if it just a short walk at lunch time, or walking up a few flights of stairs instead of taking the lift. As Nike say, Just Do It!
