Our family always have outdoor activities, usually every weekend. And when I'm out with my friends, we play basketball and football. I also have fitness equipments in our home, me and my wife make it a point to stay fit not just for vanity purposes, but also for healthier living.

Walk is considered quite healthy so if you can manage a regular exercise regimen comprised of sustained activity for 30 minutes a day, you’re in good shape.

I enjoy spending time at the gym but sometimes it's hard to fit that hour or two into my day. I do have an elliptical machine in my home. I've found that on those really busy days I can still squeeze in just 10 minutes on the machine here and there throughout the day. At least I feel like I'm getting a little workout and keeping some kind of schedule.

I am a working student, so I'm quite busy most of the time.
But despite that, I still want to stay fit and healthy.
I do sports, which is badminton. I go with friends that's why it's a whole lot of fun!
I like my body just the way it is, but I still make an effort so I stay fit!

Default Do Something!

I think people always feel that they don't have enough time to exercise right. Even if it is getting off the couch and going for a 15 minute walk it is better than playing victim to excuses. Hopefully you will feel better about yourself to start making time to exercise the way you make time for anything you enjoy.

I havent really been looking after my fitness after giving birth to my son. Until a friend was commenting that I have grown too fat! So have started brisk walking and doing some yoga at home.

Elliptical trainers are a low-impact but a good aerobic workout that are good for beginners or advanced exercisers. Go to www.ellipticalreviewguide.com to see many brands, reviews and ratings and decide your price range before purchasing.
