Default Staying Logged in

i'm not staying logged in despite ticking "save login"... it's happening on every browser on every PC... it only started since the site change, at first i was already permanently login on the netbook but when i cleaned the catch after the site change it wouldn't keep me logged in... i've checked cookies (their fine) and have no issues with other sites with permanent login

Same exact thing happened to me. At first I thought I must be going crazy because I could SWEAR that I was clicking "Save Login", and then I realized that it was something with the site. It happened for a while, but now mine is back to normal. Anyway, I guess I just have a similar story but no advice! Sorry.

I've not had any problems with it at all. I'll report it to tech support but in the meantime I suggest you empty your cache and delete your cookies pretaining to families then close your browser and reboot to see if that makes any difference.

Very glad I wasn't the only one. I've had so many problems with my desktop and laptop involving this site since the overhaul. Plus I have major internet issues with the desktop. I just figured it was my system and I was going to have to just learn to deal with it.

So how does this get fixed?

Same thing here and it was quite annoying when I thought I was going crazy too. I tried everything else too but having this issue.

Also side note I am still having visual issues with the layout on IE7
