I just got a call from my OB dr, and she thinks because of my complications (previa, diabetes, high amniotic fluid) that I should get the steriod shots to speed up lung development in the baby. I have to go tomorrow for my 1st one, and one again 24 hours later. I am not loving the idea of having to do this, but if I go into labor, and Jack isn't healthy enough, then I'd feel guilty for that.
Has anyone had the steriods before?? Do they reallywork?
