What I understood was that Cub was an Employee owned store and when ours all closed they reopened as WINCO which is still an Employee owned store. We didn't see much change except the Sign out front.
I wonder if the Festival Foods will be a similar situation for your area. Winco must be a West Coast Chain.... I have seen them in California, Oregon and Washington.
