Default Stress Relief with Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy can be useful for the relief of mild anxiety, nervous tension and depression. It is a safe alternative to other less helpful practices such as smoking or overeating. For a useful guide to the use of aromatherapy oils for stress relief, simply click on the Mental Health link below. Happy reading!

I became addicted to Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy line when they introduced it. Aromatherapy really does work. there are some nice home air freshners availible now in aromatherapy scents as well.

Default Perfume allergy

I actually became allergic to something in perfumes some years back, and can't wear perfume or even be in a car with someone wearing a perfume like Red Door. Instant headache time for me! So, I use essentiaail oils as perfume instead. I get more compliments than I ever did wearing perfume, and no headaches either. Anyone else got an allergy to perfume?
