One of my favorite things to barbeque is stuffed chicken. We take chicken and marinate it in teriaki sauce over night. Then, when we're ready to barbeque, we slice the chicken in half, like a hamburger bun. Then, we place cheese, pineapple and water chestnuts in the middle and use a couple of toothpicks to hold the chicken together. It is one of our favorites.
