Default Sudoku

A friend of mine introduced me to Sudoku a few months ago and Ive been hooked ever since. Do any of you play Sudoku? I can usually do an easy puzzle in a few minutes, its all about your strategy. For those of you who do play, how do you start with the puzzle?

Default New at Sudoku

I love Sudoku too. I usually do the puzzle that is in the TV guide magazine. I start by trying to figure out what letter or number is used the most already, then go from there. It's pretty challenging even for the easy ones, but it's very fun.

I usually just look for the line that loks the easiest. i'll start my figuring out "hey a 9 goes tehre" It sued to take me forever. my friend and I do the puzzle together, and she would always finish shile I was still in my first 5 numbers. She does what you do I think. She picks a number and ficuses on that, then moves on to anotehr number.

I do Sudoku when I have time! I love it! It really challenges my mind. I like it because it is similiar to crosswords, but with numbers. I'm not any good at crosswords, but I can complete the Sudokus. I have a book of them that starts out with easy ones and then gets really hard. I find it easier to do the harder ones if I work my way up.

When I went to the gas station last night the clerk there was playing sufoku on this handheld game thing. I was a little excited about that one. The game is interesting to me to some extent because it just popped out of nowhere. Crosswords have been around forever, sudoku? where the heck did that come from?

I go through fits and bursts. I absolutely LOVE this website and it is where I play 90% of my games. I recently bought a hand-held cheapo electronic version but the resolution makes it hard to see the grid lines so it is too hard to use. We also have one of the family games but no one will play me I'm the self-declared Sudoku Queen!!

It does seem odd, doesn't it? It is so addicting though. There are other versions of the same idea, as well. They are harder, though. I can't get into them.

I believe they used to call it Number Magic or something like that, about 20 years ago. I love it. I've got a little sudoku book I carry around with me and work on puzzles when I've got an odd moment or when I have to wait in line.
