Sugared Hot Dogs
2 pounds of hot dogs (I only use beef)
1 pound of bacon
brown sugar
Slice the hot dogs crosswise in half. Cut bacon in half crosswise also. Wrap each hot dog half with a bacon strip. Fasten with toothpick. Layer in crock pot, sprinkling each layer with a thin layer of brown sugar. Repeat layers until hot dogs run out.
Cook on low 2-3 hours. You'll need to stir it about once every half hour.

I like sweet foods. I can't eat anyone's coleslaw but my own/my moms recipe. It's made with sugar and the sauce is sweet. Most folks make it and it's bitter, you taste the vinegar. This is true in restaurants also.
When I make coleslaw I'm always told how good it is. I don't have a recipe, I make it by taste. The sauce is mayo, vinegar and sugar. I know what it should look and taste like. I don't measure.
