I noticed that the instructions only mention mailing in the receipt ... it does not say UPCs are required. However, in the fine print at the bototm of the form, it says to keep copies of your submission including reciept and UPCs ... how is everyone else doing this? ARE you sending UPCs?

I'm thinking I should send them just to be safe ... but I bought all Hebrew National franks and I'm freezing them, so I'd rather not have to open the packages if it's not required.

I know UPCs were NOT required for the buy 15 get $10 offer that was in the newspaper coupon inserts. I've already received one of those and I didn't send my UPCs.

I got my $ 10 rebate last week the rebate buy 15 items get $ 10 rebate. I sent them in only reciepts not upc.

Thats a different rebate than this one though, that one didn't say anything anywhere on it about UPCs like this one does.

I'm not sure about this one because of the wording, doesn't seem like you should have to send in UPCs since the requirements just say the form and receipts. I did send the UPCs in just in case but I only got Chef Boyardee and Snack Packs so they were easy to remove.

This one asks for 'proof of purchase' - I think that's the UPC's.

Every one has to be careful. This one is in The All You Magazine that has buy10 items you get $10 back. You do have to send upc codes for this one. They are asking for proof of purchase and receipt. The other promotion which say buy 15 items you get $10 back. This form came in the supersaver section in the Sunday's paper. This one does not require upc codes . I did the second promotion twice. One in my name and one in my daughter name. My check came in this week. The one for buy 15 and get $10 back. Walgreen has another Conagra deal on their rebate also.

is there anywhere else to get the form besides the magazine.?and can you do this one in addition to the buy 15 get $10 and the $10 Home depot one?
