Default Super Easy Lemon Cake
Super Easy Lemon Cake

1 lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 box vanilla instant pudding
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Make cake and add 1 egg and dry pudding. Bake as directed on package.

Mix together powdered sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Punch holes in cake while hot and pour above mixture over it.

You know....it's so funny....I met a friend for coffee last night. She brought me a huge bag of lemons and said "I know how much you love lemon bars and lemon cake". So, I'm thinking I'll need to make a cake from scratch with these home grown lemons.
