Question taking off fake nails

I got my nails done for a wedding i was in...since im not very girlie, i wanted them OFF as soon as i got them on....i kept scratching the kids, couldnt type, couldnt do much of anything really...

so today i soaked my fingers in warm water and pulled the off....didnt hurt surprisingly...

now my nails look TERRIBLE! they are ripping and thin and are very rough and flaky.

Any tricks on how to get them back to normal faster?

TIA!!!!

Default is smelly but it works

My Mom always has the cure for everything in her garden in Mexico. And I remember that she used to say to put fresh garlic in your nails and that will make them grow and stay strong. I try it ones, because I used to bite my nails and it work. this is how I did it.
Just smach the fresh garlic, and try to put the juice all over your nails for as long as you can take it, every day ,or more it all depends on you. you may feel a little burning but is nomal, after you washed your hands really good, apply a clear a nail balm that is also to make your nails stronger. also take some skin, nails and hair vitamins (cvs or walgreens) . Good luck with this and I hope it works for you too.
