Real parents who are really engaged with their children do not have time to idealize anything. You just cope with the reality as honestly as you can.

Ok guys. I find so little in humanity these days I admire. I hope after singing "LoveGame" at the Teen Choice Awards this coming Monday, Lady Gaga would somehow find the strength, courage, and wisdom to wait for the applause to stop, bend down at the microphone, point at the audience and say, "if you're a teen out there and you're thinking about having sex, first think about protection".
