Teething??
My twins are preemies (born at 29 weeks gestation) and are now 5 days away from being 7 months. The pediatrician says they can start to teeth between 6 and 10 months. If you had preemies did your twins teeth around that time or later?? I could swear they are showing the signs but I don't feel any nubs in there.

DD wasn't a preemie, but it seemed like she teethed forever before she actually got them. she was 11 months & 4 days when she finally got her first one. i really think she showed signs from the time she was 4 months, but i never even felt a nub until the day before it came in. teething is such a weird thing!

Yeah, they are so cranky and they just started doing this a couple weeks ago. It seems like nothing makes them happy and they chew everything!! I'm starting to get used to all the slobber and crankiness, but hopefully this ends soon.

Kim, the pics of those smiling babies are so wonderful. What a journey your family is on, and how far you all have come!

well Gabby started showing signs at 4 mths but didn't cut til 7 and half... atm for the past month she has been getting her first molar (second been coming in for about 3 weeks) i can feel it, i can see the top of it but it just wont cut
as for your question, my cousin bub was 6 weeks preemie and i'm fairly sure she was 6 months when her first cut... technically they should be delayed but babies can really get teeth at any time (i know of one that had the nubs when born and got his first tooth at a few weeks)

Good to know. My brother went and got them some orajel because they were really fussy today and we tried it out and they calmed right down. I guess they are teething, I just don't know how long I can take the insanity!
