Here is something I do, but you need a room or hallway where she can be left alone safely.
When she starts screaming, pick her up, tell her you don't like to listen to her scream and take her to the hallway or her room. Set her down and tell her she can come back in with you when she is done screaming. Then walk away.
If she follows you while screaming, put her back, tell her she can't come in with you until she is done screaming. Repeat as often as necessary.
I guarantee, you will spend a lot of time putting her back in the hallway, but hopefully not 11 hours.
When she comes out quietly, greet her calmly and happily and take a break from whatever you are doing and do something together, a snack or a book. Figure out how she can play near you or be involved without being in your lap.
