I usually don't read any diet books, but this one I couldn't put down.
It's not a 'diet' book, but whole new way of living. I lost 15 pounds just from following the exercises in the book, doing cardio, and changing the way I eat. Those 15 lbs were from my college years that I never lost. I'm now down to my usual weight.
If you want to lose your tummy's - this is the book for you!!! It tells you how to eat and gives recipes for eating. You may be spending more $$ to eat healthier, but it's worth it if your body benefits from it.
Anyone else follow this new way of living?
