Hey,
You're not doing anything wrong. What you described sounds exactly like me and I personally think the detox accomplished its purpose in my life. (I even lost weight) Everyone's body is different and reacts to things in different ways. Once you're following the regimen completely and you're going at least once daily you're fine. We're all doing the same diet but we won't all experience the same side effects. Don't fret, you're doing it fine and I applaud you for being able to drink the full 32oz, I had to gradually get there. Just hang in there, continue to do as it says and let your body do the rest. After day 3, you'll be immune to the hunger thing.
This is my third day off and I still don't feel hungry. I've had some fruits and orange juice. I feel like I can continue with liquids and fruits for a while without being hungry, so you'll adjust. Good luck with it.

Default I-wanna-try-the-cleanse :)

heylo every1
I m 21 yrs old n 5'7 tall n i weigh 151 pounds, I wanna try the cleanse to clean my system, have a new perspective abt food as in eating to live - nt living to eat! Also, i want to loose some weight , i think ill feel much more confident, i am planning to start exercising and yoga as well (hopefully)
I have bn reading all abt the cleanse for the past few days n i knw one of my cuzin who has actually tried it and it really worked (she did it for around 30 days,if i m nt mistaken) however she never told any of us that the "cleanse" was what she did, she told all of us it was normal diet and exercise !
Anyway, i am hoping to do this for as long as i can, 10 days at the least and i need support from all of you who are trying this diet as well
sabz xx

Hi all, Crimson, really sorry about your house. Did the police ever find out who did it? Must have been an awful shock.
Papaya, are you on day 11? Good going! Today was my first OJ day and I must say it was not a big deal, HOWEVER, I did eat a few strawberries and also a few green beans and some veggie broth during the day. Hope I don't regret it. I will start tomorrow with OJ as instructed. My tongue is not totally pink yet. Otherwise I feel fine. Down about 8 lbs, which doesn't hurt. It was very nice to wake up and not have to do the SWF.

Hello Everyone,
I have been reading this forum since this weekend. Starting on page one until this page. I am starting the tea tonight, tomorrow night, then the SWF - Lemonade/syrup/cayanne pepper concoction on Saturday.
I wanted to lose weight originally, then after researching I have begun to think that this is a great life style change as well. I am 5' 2" and weigh 128 lbs. I will try not to weigh myself everyday, but it is fun to see what is happening. I am too lazy to measure but I might Friday night (arms, stomach, thighs) We'll see...
Glad this forum was started. Good Luck Everybody-Hope to type ad read again tomorrow.

Hey Foodie, yes, this is day11 for me, although I fell asleep last night without drinking the tea...and today I could only do 16 oz . of SWF, so as a result, I didn't have any BMs today. Yikes! I had my tea tonight, though, so I hope everything goes back to normal for the last three days. Sunday is my last day, and then I get OJ. Like you, I will be eternally grateful to not have to do the SWF : ).

Since it was only a few...and they were fruits and veggies, I hope it's not too big of a problem. Hang in there, you are almost home free!

Eight pounds is awesome! Congrats! I would love to have lost that much by the time this cleanse is over. We'll see. Good luck finishing up and enjoy your new weight loss.

Thumbs up Wannabslim

Hey McNewbie,
Goodluck , I want to try the cleanse as well as am sure it will be a better change for me too. I am planning to start next week Thurs and do it for 21 Days (hopefully)
I was thinking your weight is not too bad for your height but it would be good to loose a few pounds, 115-118 pounds is ideal for your height. BTW how many days are you planning to take this on? And I suppose It would be good if you take your measurements , it will keep you motivated!

Glad to hear things worked out with the insurance, Marcia. And don't be too hard on yourself about coming off the cleanse...it's understandable given the circumstances. Thanks so much for all your help and support and good luck to you in everything, dieting and otherwise.

Thank you for your reply SK4life! I am hoping to do this cleanse the full 10 days. I drank the tea last night and will drink it again tonight and then BAM-Tomorrow morning comes the SWF and then my new 10 day meal plan (the syrup-lemonaide-cayenne pepper).....
Yes ideally, I would like to way 115 lbs. It would be great if I can get to that on this, but I really am curious if I will be able to change my eating life style after this cleanse.
I am hoping to measure tonight and post it tomorrow. I can't wait for you to start this thing too.
I will check in here again tomorrow.
