I'm brand new and thank goodness I found this site. Ok, my boyfriends 8th grade daughter is a strange one. She has to have her 5th grade brother sleep in her room EVERY night. He has been doing that for years. So then when we all go to bed, she screams and cries and carries on saying there are monsters in the closet and saying she hears voices. Her dad has to lay down with her until she falls asleep. More strange things she does is she has no modesty at all. She whips her clothes off right in front of her dad and brother. She wants to sleep with her dad when I'm not there, I'll come home from work and she's dressed in my clothes. One other really distrubing thing is that she wipes herself when she's on her period and sets the used toilet paper in the bathroom wastebaskets. She doesn't wrap her pads and just sets them in the waste basket so everyone sees them. I doubt very much her mother puts up with that. She also hangs on her dad. She has a cell phone but doesn't seem to have any friends. Basically, she's broken us up, I can't stand the behavior and she isn't in counseling. He told her he wanted to take her to a counselor for the sleep thing and she threw a fit, crying and wailing for 3 hours (last night, he text me and told me). What on earth is wrong with this girl?
