Hello out there! I haven't met many of you yet but I just had to tell somebody that Thursday is adoption day for our family. I am so excited!! Our little boy joined our family a year and a half ago, through foster care. We have hit a million snags along the way and I am petrified that the judge is going to come down with the flu or something, postponing it a little longer. So, say a prayer for our family that everything will go as planned and that we will at last be a forever family.

Wooo-hoo!! That is awesome. I am jealous in such a good way ! I PRAY our day comes here soon. I also adopted through the state. Have you ever checked out www.happymomanna.com for information on foster care adoptions. It's a site that is specific in this area. Anyway! YAY!!!!!!
Thanks for the warm wishes. Everything went off without a hitch! Daniel is our boy now. I didn't know how I would feel. I didn't know if I would cry or laugh or what. What I did was let out a deep sigh of relief. It felt like I have been holding my breath for the past year and a half, which is exactly what I have been doing. What relief I feel! And joy, joy, joy!
