Default TMI post but need advice.

Ok so I have been keeping a journal so i can tell my dr anything i have noticed that has changed. I have been cramping really bad lately and also with the couple high blood pressure readings i have been keeping track of swelling and headaches and everything but today was the real kicker for me. I have had a ton of cramping but it is more like when I had to be induced with cytotec cramps than anything they were strong intense and they didnt go away they lasted for like 20 mins at a time. Today they were lasting for almost 30-40 mins at a time. they were not going away. I am going to copy and past the journal that I have kept. I dont like going into OB unless neccesary I have already gone once. My insurance will cover it but I feel bad. Do you think these cramps plus increased discharge are a red flag and I should go?
