I have had AF only 3 or 4 times since Jack was born (last Oct). I am on day 2 now, and the flow is sooo heavy, I am going through a pad an hour. Is this normal when AF returns after childbirth? I've never had a flow this heavy, and I am anemic to begin with. I feel exhausted and FREEZING cold! I am a little concerned there is something wrong tobe loosing this much blood.
