Might also look at your alignment (your back). All of that is connected. My mom's feet were numb because of a pinched nerve. Like what was said earlier about feet rolling inward/outward, that can mess up your back and you may not even know it. I'd see a foot Dr about that. Maybe they can fit you with a proper insert in your sneakers. It can make all the difference.

I don't have problems during running, but often my toes go numb when I use the elliptical for awhile!
