anyone that has had 1 could u please tell what it felt like? ive been have pain near my left ovary and its getting stronger, not unbareable though yet. but a tubal crossed my mind as im still having preg symptoms but spotting still and still getting bfns. im calling my dr in the morning also

Jess, I'm so sorry you're going through all this pain right now. I don't want to scare you, but before I had my m/c the doctors thought it was a tubal pregnancy. The docs kept asking me if I was in any pain, and I wasn't.
I am keeping my fingers crossed you are not going through this. Good luck and let us know how you make out at the doctors.
before i knew i was pregnant i was having severe pain by my left ovary and on my lower abdomen. it turned out it was from a corpus luteum cyst that develops on the ovary when you ovulate. the pain lasted about 2 weeks. that was how i learned i was pregnant; i thought it was my endometriosis getting worse.
