ugh this weather!!
This is the 4th day in a row the temp has been over 90*....its KILLING me!!
Dont get me wrong, I'm all for summertime, with the beach, swimming, etc. BUT the girls just got a brand new swing set in the backyard and a new (baby) pool, and its even been way to hot to go out there!! The temp of the water in the pool rises immediatly, so its only fun for a few mins (not to mention the sun is super strong so I dont like keeping them out there too long!) and yesterday and today its going to feel like 105*!!
Hopefully it eases soon, Im going to go stir crazy sitting indoors!

I'm about an hour North of you and it is hotter than the dickens here too. They closed the schools early and you don't see anything moving outside. No squirrels, deer, people walking their dogs, etc. It is like a ghost town. I had to go to the grocery store last night and it was PACKED at 9:30pm. Normally it is easy to zip in and out.
Thank goodness there is relief coming in tonight.

I feel your pain. I am in South Florida, it has been above 90 for about a month now, and will stay there till at least the middle of September.....if not longer. I think we finally start to get bearable temps around the end of October......... I love winter. (only cuz our winters are like most people's springs)

thats exactly why I hated living in Florida!!
We actually had a Florida-like thunderstorm last night. Got really dark out of nowhere, poured w/ high winds, lighting bolts and thunder claps for maybe 10 mins max, then cleared up and it was SO much nicer out!! Today its going to be 88 minus the humidity so im excited to get the girls to the playground!

Well this has been our past 2 months. Snow....then one week of sun...snow...then some sun..now 2 weeks and counting of rain. People are being flooded and I heard on the news peoples houses are literally 'floating' away. It could be worse....send some of that sun to us please.
