Have you rung social services and asked to speak to the duty officer? they may be able to do the referals for you or your health visitor.

How old is your child? Have you tried ringing citizens advice?

Well you should have a health visitor. All children from birth to 5 should have one. Contact your GP and ask who it is and how to contact them.

I would stop all contact and let him take you to court.

Yep your child has a HV till they are 5. They are pretty over worked these days so don't contact you but if you need them just contact them.

Sounds like it's sort of worked out for you. Keep that email it might prove useful later on.
